One of the most common questions we're asked in the clinic is, "How often should I book?" The honest answer is that it depends on the treatment, your skin goals and how your skin responds. Here's a general guide to the treatments we offer.

What is skin rejuvenation?

Skin rejuvenation is a broad term for treatments that aim to improve the look of your skin's tone, texture and clarity. Common concerns include:

Laser Skin Rejuvenation

Our picosecond laser uses ultra-short pulses to work with the skin's natural renewal process. A course of several sessions, spaced a few weeks apart, is usual, with occasional maintenance afterwards. About Laser Skin Rejuvenation

3D IPL, Tight and Bright

IPL targets pigmentation and redness, while its warming effect is designed to support collagen. A course of a few sessions, around four weeks apart, is common, with maintenance once or twice a year if you want to keep on top of sun damage. About 3D IPL

Carbon Facial

The Carbon Facial is popular as a one-off before an event, because there's little to no recovery time. For ongoing concerns like congestion and oiliness, a series spaced a few weeks apart may be suggested. About the Carbon Facial

HIFU Lifting and Tightening

HIFU works deeper, and any collagen response builds gradually over the following weeks and months. Sessions are spaced further apart than the other treatments here, and your technician will advise on timing. About HIFU

Oxygen Facial

A gentle, hydrating treatment that can be booked on its own or alongside a course of other treatments. About the Oxygen Facial

What affects the right schedule for you

Signs you might be ready for your next session

Skin that's starting to look dull again, pigmentation that's creeping back after summer, or texture that's less smooth can all be signs. Consistency matters: a planned course tends to give better results than occasional one-offs spread far apart.

Our approach

We don't believe in one schedule for everyone. At your free consultation, your technician looks at your skin, talks through your goals and recommends a plan, including which treatments may work well together.

Individual results vary. Suitability and timing are confirmed at consultation.
